1. Review last year’s high points, and low points. Reinforce what they did well. Explore what did not go well and probe ways to improve. Eye exam, adequately lit, and undisturbed study area, better organization, planning; simple adjustments that can yield improved results.
2. Set goals. What kind of grades are you and your child practically seeking? Once you have established goals, discuss what it will take to achieve these. Be specific.
