Marv's Latest Musings
I usually don’t like empty things— an empty fuel tank, an empty milk carton or peanut jar and especially an empty stomach. But there’s one empty thing that is wonderful and amazing--Jesus’ empty tomb! That place of corruption and decay was emptied of death when He burst forth, alive! He emptied Himself of HIs deity so that we can be full of His Spirit, full of joy and have eternal life. Fullness in Christ and the true hope He offers is what we share every day at PRAISE!
As we look at what’s going on in our world, it can be pretty frightening! Uncertainty, wars, economic problems, political issues. It’s a mess! The great and wonderful thing is: God has promised never to leave us or forsake us! He will walk with us through the storms of life.
You know, when I’m in a room by myself talking into a microphone, I know it’s likely someone is listening, and I hope that the songs that we play and what is said may encourage someone. But, we never know for sure the impact of PRAISE… until we hear from you.
