You may know my 89-year-old mom. If not personally, hopefully she’s brightens your mornings when she joins Lynette and I on air. These past 10 days have been really difficult for her health wise.

Spending time in the hospital with her, I’ve watched her go to the brink, but by God’s grace she returned to us. Sitting at her bedside, I’ve witness other families fighting over the care of loved ones and feeling out of control in the situation.  I can only imagine what it would be like to go through that experience without God.

It has been a stressful time, but through it all I’ve felt God’s peace in whatever He decided was best for her and His control throughout it all. Our God is the great Comforter and Healer. As I write this, my mom continues to heal and improve. We are currently in the process of transitioning her from the hospital to a rehab facility. Thank you for the many kind words and prayers.
