Here we are already in 2013! It happened so quickly for me… maybe you, too? Christmas was a wonderful time sharing memories with family and friends and anticipating what is to come with the New Year.

Okay, I will be honest with you. I want the ‘feeling’ of Christmas to last as long as I can get away with it. Remnants of wrapping paper, bows and even some holiday goodies can still be found around the house. I even secretly hope to find a straggling Christmas card or two in my mail box when I get home today.

Who says Christmas has to end on the 26th! I have decided to try and make that Christmas ‘feeling’ continue the whole year long. Despite my own circumstances or personal challenges, I want to offerr some much needed kind words, an extra hug or even spend some special time with a long lost friend or relative. I have noticed even a genuine smile can bring some sparkle to an otherwise grumpy face of a passerby or even a co-worker. It’s not really a ‘Resolution’, but more of a vow I am making with myself to offer more Love, Joy & Peace to others in 2013.
