Missions Fest 2015

Missions Fest is a catalyst to enable people to catch a vision of the Great Commission spoken by Jesus in Matthew’s gospel (28:19,20); to help people find a place where their interests and abilities can best be put to use. Its three-fold purpose is to inform, celebrate and challenge people of all ages to get involved in missions by sending, praying, giving and going.

It is a weekend when people of all ages come together to participate in a variety of missions related experiences. Colourful exhibits, which represent organizations that work in most countries around the world, provide current information. Keynote addresses are given by world class speakers who have international acclaim. Children participate in workshops and programs that raise in them the awareness of the existence of many people groups. The youth are challenged to reach out to others during their rallies and seminars. Music is important in these gatherings; international flags and costumes are part of the decor. Along with these activities, over a hundred seminars are integrated throughout the three days.

• Event Admission: General Admission, Seminars, General Sessions, Atesto and Family Night are Free; Only the Film Festival and the Youth/Young Adult Rallies require a purchased ticket.

Evolution's Four Fatal Flaws (Apologetics Symposium)

Seminar by Dr. Heinz Lycklama
Apologetics Symposium (3rd Thursday each month)

It has become abundantly clear that evolutionary thinking is not based on scientific evidence. This lecture offers four major challenges to the "theory" of Evolution. 1) (Macro) Evolution has never been observed. It takes a giant leap in faith to get from (micro) evolution, which has been observed, to (macro) evolution.2) No credible transitional fossils have been identified in the 150 years since Darwin wrote "Origins of Species." Evolution did not happen. 3) Life can/did not originate from non-life by random chance. Evolution can/will not happen. 4) Evolution is in conflict with the Second Law of Thermodynamics. Evolution in fact is impossible. Evolution is a philosophy and a belief system, not science.

2015 Prayer Meet: Heart-To-Heart

Some people desire to be physically fit for the new year. Yet, the most perfect body cannot fill the void of our heart. The heart is the greatest mystery of all God's creations and only He can fill the void--that we desperately seek to fill.

You are invited to a night of prayer in the presence and in the midst of God's glory; as we seek The Master in prayer and praise, Heart-to-Heart.

If you need encouragement, strength, healing, deliverance or restoration God will meet you at your needs.

We will also be praying for our communities and families--and standing in the gap for others.

This meeting is for the saved and the unsaved. All are welcome!

There is nothing too hard for God!

(Foundational Scriptures of Reference: Luke 4:18-19, II Chronicles 7:14, II Peter 3:9, Ephesians 3:20-21 and John 3:16-17)
