Your Life - PRAISE Updates

We Celebrate Freedom
1 1

I get way too excited over simple things sometimes… for example flipping the calendar in the studio to a new month. WOW! It’s hard to believe it is already July. Can’t beat the beautiful weather over the long Canada Day weekend and it looks like it will continue through the Fourth of July.

We are so fortunate to be able to celebrate FREEDOM across the United States and Canada! So many FREEDOMS. Do you ever, like me, get discouraged and frustrated with the direction of the leadership in our countries is moving? Are you ever fearful for our future and the futures of our children and grandchildren? I have been, but I draw great comfort in knowing that no matter what happens OUR God is in control! He has a plan and is fulfilling that plan.

As you continue having a ‘blast’ celebrating this week, be encouraged in our future! “Many are the plans of man. But it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand.” Proverbs 19:21

Lynette is a Washington native, although she spent most of her growing up years in the Midwest. Lynette calls herself an "AMERICANADIAN" since she is from America and her husband, Dom, is Canadian. Together, their blended family includes 3 boys, 3 girls, a new son-in-law and her new kitty, Mia Bella. When she is not crossing the border back and forth for family time, she loves photography and scrapbooking, the Hallmark channel and just hanging with her hubby at their little house near the beach.

  • Making a difference is rewarding, but no one ever said it was safe. Just ask Franklin Graham and his team at Samaritan’s Purse, one of the world’s leading relief organizations. Several years ago, a global threat began to appear, in the form of the Ebola virus. The inspiring story is told in “Facing Darkness,” a one-night Fathom theater event.

Disagreements are common and can lead to a dead end. But KeepTheFaith’s Relationship Chef Dr. Joe Beam has a recipe to help you move forward.

Walking a mile in someone else’s shoes might give you something other than a blister…it could give you perspective. That’s what happened to Shannon DeGarmo, a wife and mom who is learning to be a “Bounce Back Woman.”

I wonder how different life would be if we were able to truly let go of our past mistakes. Our friend Matthew West loves to take real life moments and turn them into songs.

Some people hear laughter in the rain. Maybe you just hear rain. Our friend Tim Storey is here to help.

When we’re struggling, there are words we need to hear, and sometimes those words can be challenging. It’s happened to Andy Andrews.

If you’ve ever felt like you desperately need a second chance…or a 10th chance, Jon Weece has good news. He shares a story that reminds us how we can always get back up.
Tune in this weekend for some contagious encouragement with Keep The Faith. We guarantee you'll feel uplifted. You can catch Keep The Faith on Sundays!
