Northwest Raspberry Festival 2013

Downtown Lynden, Front Street
Friday, July 19, 2013 to Saturday, July 20, 2013
Friday 10am to 8pm; Saturday 8am to 6pm

Celebrate the largest harvest of raspberries in North America here in Lynden, Washington! Mid-July is the peak time to get your share of Lynden's bountiful crop of red raspberries (approximately 2/3 of the nation's total production) while enjoying the summer sunshine and a variety of family-friendly activities at our annual downtown celebration, attracting nearly 20,000 visitors last year!

The festivities kick off on Friday (July 19) with kids' games in downtown Lynden (inflatable obstacle course, a climbing wall, face painting, sand art & the YMCA "Rookies" 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament) & enjoy live jazz concerts.  Dine on luscious raspberry & ice cream sundaes for only $1, as well as smoothies, shakes, pies, & more made from local products, or purchase a flat of raspberries, picked fresh daily from nearby farms, to take home! Shop at Lynden's downtown merchants and street vendors at the "Berry Fair" Street Market, and don't forget to cheer on your favorite team at the 14th annual Curt Maberry Memorial Classic 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament (presented by Muljat Group North)!

In addition to the activities above, visitors on Saturday (July 20) will have a chance to stroll through the classic cars & trucks on display at the "Razz & Shine" cruise-in car show (presented by Lynden Lube and Auto), race in the Raspberry Festival 5K Fun Run/Walk through Lynden City Park & residential neighborhoods, enjoy an "all you can eat" raspberry pancake breakfast at the Lynden Community Center, enter to win one of many "Razz to Riches" prize drawings, shoot a perfect free throw to win cash prizes at the EXCELeration Driving School Berry Big Shot PLUS shop, shop shop!

The PRAISE 106.5 booth will be at the Raspberry Festival both days!! Stop by and say hello, enter to win prizes and get your hands on PRAISE T-shirts while they last.

We hope to see you there!! Admission is Free!
