Windows users, download Windows Media Player 10 for free here.
Mac users, download Windows Media Player 9 for free here.
1. Open Windows Media Player and
right-click on the top bar, or left-click the down arrow (the one
just to the right of the red arrow in the illustration below).
2. Click Tools->Options
3. Click the Network tab.
4. Make sure that Mutlicast, UDP,
TCP, and HTTP are all checked, and that "Use Ports" is
un-checked, under Streaming Protocols.
5. Highlight the HTTP list item in
the Streaming Proxy Settings list.
6. Click Configure.

7. Select the "Do not use a
proxy server" under Proxy Settings
8. Click OK.

9. Repeat steps 5 through 8 for MMS
and RTSP under the Streaming Proxy Settings list.
10. Click OK.
11. Completely close and re-open
Windows Media Player, and then go to our Listen Live page and click
on one of the Windows Media links.
