This is an interesting statistic. Sherri inadvertently offended Brant in this little bit. Words like “blah blah blah blah blah,” “yippety yackety shmackety…” were used. Brant says that he can’t be a CEO and introversion isn’t the problem.
Find out why… You may relate!

Brant:
Speaking of introverts, perhaps one or you are one yourself. Well, guess what? They did this study about CEOs, chief executive officers in different companies and found out introverts make better CEOs.
Sherri:
Go figure. Yeah, I wouldn’t think that. No offense.
Brant:
None taken. I wasn’t even going to… You know what?
Sherri:
I’m sorry.
Brant:
I can’t because I wrote this book about not being offended.
Sherri:
You did. It says be unoffendable. So…
Brant:
Had I not written that book, I would’ve been taken aback by that.
Sherri:
Only. No, because if you’re an introvert, I would think that you would have maybe a problem managing people.
Brant:
No, I would think if you’re an extrovert, you’d always be, oh, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And you wouldn’t focus on the job.
Sherri:
That’s not the space I’m in. Brant. I was trying to be nice.
Brant:
No offense. I think that you guys are “Yap yap yap,” all the way up and down the hallway. “Yippity yappity shmackity…”
Sherri:
Well, if I didn’t know any better, I think that you’ve taking offense.
Brant:
I think you… No, I’m not offended. I know I can’t be a CEO, but it’s not because of that.
Sherri:
Okay.
Brant:
It’s because I don’t know what I’m doing. That’s the only, the introversion is not the problem.
Sherri:
Okay.
Brant:
It’s the complete lack of practical competence. That’s my issue.
Sherri:
So, if you added competency.
Brant:
Oh, unstoppable.
Sherri:
Okay. Alright.
Brant:
Oh, if I knew what I was doing, look out. Oh yeah. Oh yeah.
Sherri:
He’d blaze a trail.
Brant:
Oh yeah.
