- Did I offer peace today?
- Did I say words of healing?
- Did I let go of my anger and resentment?
- Did I forgive?
- Did I love?
It can be challenging and requires maturity but it will bring you closer to the intentions in your life and how you’re living.
I challenge you to do this and then let us know how it changes the day-to-day life that you’re living. I believe you, and those around you, will be deeply changed.

Here’s some great questions to ask yourself, and I know this because they’re good questions for me to ask myself. I should do this every day. And Henri Nouwen wrote this. He said, questions he should ask.

Those are really great questions, and in case you think, well, that’s just kind of fru-fru, whatever, I know some guys would hear that and go, did I love, did I offer people like, what is this? This is hard stuff that is extremely difficult to do. Throwing a fit, being angry, trying to carve out your own space… all that sort of stuff, trying to put somebody else down so you can be lifted up. Toddlers, do that. To be somebody who’s a mature person you’re going to try to offer peace into people’s lives, encourage people. You’re going to be thinking about other people. You’re going to let go of anger and resentment. This is tough stuff. Forgiving? Not for the faint of heart.
