Brant is here to introduce his Hanson’s Holiday Helpline, a service to answer holiday-themed questions. Listener Noah risked it all and called in to ask when he should start listening to Christmas music. Brant’s answer is not helpful. In fact, Sherri finds the holiday helpline to be more of a scolding service. Brant calls it a tough love approach.
All that to say, we don’t think Noah will call back.
The end.

Brant:
This is set up for you. It’s to make your holidays even easier. It’s Hanson’s Holiday Helpline, Headquarters Hotline, and the phone number is 855-90-BRANT. That is the phone number. If you have any questions for me holiday themed, I’d be happy to handle them.
Listener Noah:
Hey, it’s Noah. I was wondering when exactly should I start listening to Christmas music because I don’t want to yet. Thanks. Bye.
Brant:
Okay. Noah has a little attitude.
Sherri:
No Brant. He’s calling for help!
Brant:
Noah. Well. What I want you to do, I’m going to help you. You need to go to your room by yourself.
Sherri:
Oh boy.
Brant:
And I want you to sit and think about your attitude, and when you’re ready to come back out and join us,
Sherri:
You’re in the Christmas season.
Brant:
You’ve got a good attitude, you’re welcome to come back. So, you stay in there as long as it takes.
Sherri:
Okay.
Brant:
And then you come back out and, we’ll…
Sherri:
I don’t think anyone calls the holiday helpline headquarter hot line.
Brant:
Well, this isn’t just going to be a pat you on the head, Helpline. Hotline.
Sherri:
Okay. This is a scolding helpline hotline if it has to be.
Brant:
Look, if I really loved you, this is what I would do. And you know what? It hurts me too. It hurts me to tell you that, Noah. It hurts.
