-Mrs. Booth is an excellent teacher our son Von just moved to town in Oct this year. She helped him transition into a new school. He loves his teacher. Her room smells like vanilla and is so cozy and welcoming. Unfortunately this winter Mrs. Booth got diagnosed with a health challenge. It has been hard on all the kids. Her last day of school will be April 15-18th due to starting her treatment. The kids would love to see her get this award.

She is absolutely amazing! She is the best teacher. She is a fighter and we are praying for her to BEAT this illness. We miss her so much and just want her to get better.

Mrs. Booth has been a blessing to our family. She has been able to motivate my son to try his best when a lot of others had tried and mostly failed. She gets to know the children independently and there is no doubt that her classroom kids are her life. Recently she has had to be out due to illness and the kids and parents alike miss her SO much as I’m sure she misses them! My understanding is that she will be at school April 15-18 before she has to be out again. It would be fabulous if Mrs. Booth would win the gold star teacher recognition because at this point there is no one that deserves it more than her.

Jen has inspired 2 of my children. She loves her job and each child in her class is one of her kids. Our daughter switched schools this year and highly misses her. Jen is fighting an illness but is taking time out of her fight to come back and teach her kids. She’s a wonderful teacher.

Mrs. Booth is such a wonderful person. She encourages kids to become better people. She pulls the best out of everyone. My son, Blake, came from behind to grade level when he had her as a teacher. My daughter, Ayla, started the school year in her class but we moved and had to move schools. My daughter misses Mrs. Booth. One thing we all loved about her class is is Mrs. Booth wasn’t afraid to talk about her faith. The day before my daughter switched schools, Mrs. Booth announced she was diagnosed with a serious health issue. She has been out since. Mrs. Booth is in a fight for her life, but through it she is still thinking of her kids daily and sending emails. We love her dearly and would love to see her get the Gold Star award!
