One thing that really stuck with me recently is that most people who don’t go to church aren’t angry at Christians, they’re simply not interested. It’s a lot like tennis. If you’re not a tennis person, you probably don’t spend much time thinking about tennis. In the same way, faith often feels irrelevant until someone meets a genuine follower of Jesus they can trust.
That’s why living out our faith with love, consistency, and authenticity may speak louder than any program or event ever could.
