There’s something unbelievably freeing about realizing that God’s love isn’t a prize we earn but a gift that flows straight from who He is. When we finally stop trying to perform our way into His approval, the pressure lifts and gratitude takes its place.
And from that place of rest, we can simply say, “Lord, help me love You more,” knowing His love came first and never depends on our perfection.
