The premier basketball 3-on-3 tournament is back at Bellingham's Haggen Family 4th of July Celebration! Dunk, dribble, stuff, and swish your way to 3-on-3 fame! All hoopsters ages 8 and older are welcome to compete! There is now a Special Olympics Division!
